Road trip (with BMW) some advice needed

Guys, i am planning a trip from Hermanus to Kempton Park and back via Upington. What i need is info about the road conditions from Klerksdorp to Vryburg as there are three routes to take on that particular strech of road. Would also like to know where i can fill up with 500ppm diesel at the cheapest price all along the whole route. I am taking the E53 X5 diesel and can cover about 800km before i need looking for diesel so would like to fill up in Beaufort West (have heard that at the first robot - the one with the cameras- i must turn left and fill up at the depot), then i can comfortably drive to Bloem and if i can get diesel there at discount prices then i will fill up there and then again in Kempton or there abouts. Will be visiting friends and relatives in the area so if there is cheaper diesel in Benoni for example i don't mind filling up there. Then Vryburg should be my nest stop for diesel. Thereafter in Upington and again in Van Rhynsdorp/Klawer or even Traval. Hope to fill up again at Brent in Strand at R11.41/l. Remember, this is 500ppm! Directions and advice will be much appreciated. Thanks.
Btw, if there is a parcel/parcels or car components that must be delivered in Kempton area or along the way, give me a pm and we can maybe arrange something as i will be travelling alone and will be only picking up 5 wheels in Kempton and a washing machine in Uptn, so upwards i will be able to take stuff!

Thats quite a trip you planning. Never travelled those roads before so cant offer advise or help but wish you a safe journey.

Are you sure you want to fill 500ppm and not 50ppm?

From Klerksdorp to Vryburg you go Klerksdorp, Ottosdal, Delareyville, Vryburg. 50km around Ottosdal is not that good but manageable.

The best route from Gauteng to Upington is N14 all the way ie Krugersdorp, Ventersdorp, Coligny, Delareyville, Vryburg

I would much rather stay on the n12 all the way after three sisters, via Kimberley.
Minimal trucks and traffic, and the road is very good.
Yes get diesel at Beaufort West, first robot left and then behind the nice looking garage is we're the cheap diesel is. Then next stop Kimberley at the corporation . Next stop Kempton.

Hi, thanks for all the advice! Have to travel via Bloem as i am sleeping over at a friends house. Then visiting cousin in Kroonstad as well. I actually enjoy the road from Bloem to Kroonstad as it is mostly double highway in excellent condition and the scenery is not bad.
