I have a 2005 320d E46 shape with sport pack. it has new tyres and has 88000 on clock. motorplan till end 2012. can anyone help me with a rough estimate on what it should sell for privately. i have had her since new and she is immaculate.

Some picks maybe? I've seen some advertised for about R100k and then they have about twice the KM.

Those could optimistically still go for R120k since the MP is good and the kms are low.

Due to low km's and depending on condition you can add 5% - 7% on top of everything.
