Dear fellows. Please assist my BMW 750i was last serviced @ 99000km after it was smoking and leaking coolant. However injection no8 recently malfunctioned at 118000km. It further found that the cylinder head is damaged for injector 8, which had bigger injector hole. Further more one of the piston hole has line marks inside. What might be the cause of the marks in the piston holes? Can the damaged/malfunctioning injector damage the pistons? What cause the vehicle to smoke?
