Replacement head lamp lens E36 M3

Can just the glass lens be replaced? if so were can i get it?

I drove down to dbn last friday. Did my inspection halfway and noticed a crack and a small hole in my passenger side headlamp :argh:

So now i'm looking for a replacement glass lens if possible. My lights are in newish condition so there's no point in replacing the complete unit.

Glass headlights, not gonna be cheap. They used to be R1500 each, but that was a long time ago.

Ah I had the same issue with my fog light but I just put laminex over it tho Lol, on a serious note I believe autostlye sell replacement lenses for the E36 I’m not sure about the quality tho, maybe check them out.:thumbs:

R1500 is a lot. :nonono: I paid R550 for a set bout 2 months ago down here in the Cape.

I have tried autostyle's lenses, very poor quality it broke with just a little finger pressure. Got another one and cracked within a week ...

I seen a set on gumtree while looking for a M, guy wanted R600 for both. Good condition.

The lens looks like it comes off. I'm sure i could just buy the lens as my headlights are relatively new.

Autostyle has the plastic ones :yuck:
