I understand the benefits for the N54 but comparatively how beneficial is this really for the N55 found in the E90?

An oil catch can is beneficial in both motors as it catches all the blow by oil. We have numerous client ts Nationwide that have fitted it, and was watching a video that one guy uploaded of him emptying his OCC on his n55. I would highly recommend it

You will just need to modify the piping to fit your setup. The catchcan will work irrespective. The 330d may require a slower flowing catch can. The rennzport occ is a high flow occ.
