Removing oil pan e90 BMW 320i

How do I remove oil pan e90 BMW 2.0

Very labour intensive job....rather take it to someone who has a lift.

Thanks man..I will jack the engine a little myself and see if it's possible.

Ok, cool, just remember you need a support bar on top of your engine when you remove the lower support frame

I managed to remove the oil pan..but I just jacked the engine from the gearbox all up and the removed the left hand side engine mounting and swivelled it a little and it came out..I have now took out all pistons..
