I recently acquired a 3 series, 4th gen. The E46 motor within was taken in for a service by the previous owner to a BMW Certified "Specialist" in Krugersdorp. The mechanic overtorqued and stripped the head bolt, leading to a crack in the cylinder head
I've been advised that the specialists in most parts of Gauteng are unreliable most of the time. Does anybody know a reliable and trusted specialist near the region? I don't want a good engine to go to waste, and would rather explore the possibility of fixing it as besides the aforementioned damage due to negligence, it's in perfect condition. Feedback appreciated
