Hi Guys,
You probably remember me asking load of questions about M Coupe performance upgrades and what not, well, I have decided to rather spend the cash on rejuvenating the old girl.
My next move will be bushings and perishable rubber components.
Can you guys make any suggestions?
Maybe what the most common parts to look at are?
Any suppliers you would recommend for such components?
Regards

Hi

I'm busy with the same project.

Now I'm slowly sourcing all the parts, I will either get them from Goldwagen, Bemows and Palican Parts. If all that fails the $tealers

Hi,
You’re are going all out with the bushes and mountings, sound like a good idea but is it really required to change all of them??
I just dropped my car off for the following
Major Service
Replacement of V belts
Fitment of Powerbrake GT front brake dicks, pads & sensors
Replacement of rear brakes (standard equipment) discs, pads and sensors
While all this is going on, the car will be inspected from bumper to bumper to identify any unknown issues.
Worked left after some saving..... Not necessarily in this order.
Coilovers (with associated bushings)
Xcede tuning with exhaust
Strut Brace
Re-spray of front bumper and bonnet with a total body buff and glaze.

both those sellers dont ship to SA :(

Moranor, I could be wrong, but are you not the man to see about coilovers? If so, what do you do for a Z3 Coupe? I am not looking to turn the can into a track machine, just for aesthetics really.

i would recommend a good shock and spring combo over coilovers for the cost to gain ratio :)

how low do you want to go?
