I have had the inverse.

They dont answer their phones - I think I only managed to speak to someone once?

Last time I had to replace the upper control arms, I ended up driving there anyway without confirming if they had the parts available as they simply didnt answer their phones and day light was burning.

Arrived to find out they had two available but had sold one just before I got there.

Anyway, when they informed me they only had one available, they then add "why not just change the one side now and then collect the other side on Monday and change that side on Monday?" :skit:

Anyway.

Is what it is.

Thats my opinion.

if you check their website, looks more professional and when you get there, its a small place, im more impressed with their service which gives more sense why their website looks that way

kindly ask for a gentlemen called Syne. the guy has knowledge in what he is selling,

I once used them for parts, they were cheap and sell cheap parts.. the parts i bought didn't last and needed to be replaced within 3 months of fitting... I stopped using them for parts after that....

Another one of my customers once purchased a no name brand wheel bearing kit from BossAutospares and asked me to fit it, 5 hrs later, the bearing failed and seized causing damage to the brake drum as well. Replaced with a Meyle bearing kit and new drums from Goldwagon and all was fine...

So based on my experience, i dont support them. Goldwagon Delaray can take my money...

Update: I always say a test of good service is not always when things go right, but more often when they go wrong.

Boss Auto Spares came through once again, I take this opportunity to thank Shakeerah and Bob their driver for sorting out the non matching grille issue.

Update, this supplier does not fail to impress me, once again an incorrect item promptly replaced with the correct one.
