technical Rear camera has gone into dark mode

So out of nowhere, my rear camera is all black. Started with a neon pink screen and then some rainbow colors and now it is just black. Everything else on the screen is working including the PDC.
Where in Cape town can I go to check it? I will of course open the fitting to see if there is any loose wires.

Another thing. I connot restart the idrive with the normal method of holding in the volume button on the radio. Tried some other options that I saw on youtube, but nothing works. I did it once some time ago, but then I upgraded the software and now it does not work the same anymore.
Where's the days when there was a power button?

So I found the cause of this and it is rather embarrassing.
I fiddled with the camera settings, only comes up when reverse gear is engaging, and adjusted the contrast and brightness and picture came back.
No idea how these settings could be out because I never touched them.
Anyways glad everything worked out and it did not cost me any money.
