I took my car into BMW on the 14th October to have the Guibo replaced, firstly they told me I will have my car back on the same day as it is a 3 hour job. They then called me to tell me that it took longer than anticipated and they would only be able to do a test drive the next morning to check if everything is fine. Only got my car back on the following day (Friday) @ 14H30 as they first had it washed (not requested). When I started my car something did not sound right, but thought I was imagining it.
The next morning when I started the car I realised something is wrong, major rattle form the bottom of the car.
So took it back Monday the 18th, took another 3 hours of waiting and spinned me some Sh!t about a plate touching the exhaust.
So car has stood till today, when I decided to wash the car, as my area is very dusty, just to find that they had made some nice swirl marks on my paintwork and my rear right rim has 3 nice deep scratches in the dish area, and only got the rims back from Hi-Tech a month ago.
Just had to get this of my chest !
Now that I think of it, should I take the dealer principle on about this ?
