Realising a boyhood dream

Hi everyone,

Recently I picked up my dream car, literally. Ever since the launch of the E46 M3 in 2001 I was smitten, spending hours and hours on the BMW car configurator piecing together my perfect iteration.

Fast forward 18 years, some high rpm VTEC madness, boosted VAG cars and some adulting along the way, I finally got to indulge my MPower dream when I collected this beautiful Steel Grey Metallic 2004 E46 M3.

She's an old girl and I look forward to making her my own. Can't wait for the 1st track day

Thanks guys! Looking forward to it. I've ordered some bits and bobs already. This car already had bearings and oil pump replaced as well as the VANOS reconned. The subframe is also in great nick, however I've ordered the Turner Motorsport reinforcement kit as well as Powerflex bushes to ensure no issues in future.

Haha yeah it was somewhat of an odd situation. I've driven an E46 M3 CSL and E92 M3 before. The 1st time driving this model was when I collected the car . Can honestly say it's what I expected and more. Definitely more streetable than the CSL and more nimble than the E92.
