Your car sounds like mine.

But mine can't do that.:praise:

Anyone want to fit a manual gearbox for me? I'll pay.

Looks like fun, Raybimmer. Nice way to give a set of old tyres a good sendoff...I always feel quite guilty if I start handing the car like that...but it's sooo easy...and fun...

Seriously! Why would you take such a rare car and do that to it. Sies! :thumbdo: :nonono: :slap:

Why has it got an M5 front bumper as opposed to the proper 540/6 version. Did you destroy that too?

Rear wheel covers are on backwards...

@Rick....Don't worry as I wrote " the first time " It is something a guy does once in his life , here in East London life is slow .
@ Rammlied -This is not how I normally drive.....Once those dunlops are finished and better tyres on then tyre life will count .The car does not even do 100 km a month .
The car is as bought , I think the bumper was replaced .

Damn Raybimmer...putting the hammer down, I am majorly hesitant to try that with my car esp with the 255's I have at the rear. Due to the traction I feel on the car, I assume it would put a helluva lot of strain on the drivetrain to break loose. Besides I just have too much mechanical sympathy.

From the vid it looks like it did not take too much effort to break traction, impressive stuff...

You are 100% right it is his to do with as he please.

We are just suggesting Ray should be nicer to it as it's such a nice car we want him to enjoy it for a long time.

Eish... :whip:
What I really don’t get is that I never treat any car like that and I have had a couple of cars with drivetrain problems, whereas people abusing cars get away without any issues :bangdesk:

@Fordkoppie.....I worked with a guy who left work as if he robbed a bank , the car was driven about 100 metres then turned at the stop street and it was foot flat all the way .This was a e30 325i cabriolet , interior and exterior was :thumbdo::thumbdo: yet it ran without smoking !!!
I drive up to 2000 revs for the first 5 or so kilo's and wonder how an engine wears if it is being revved to the power peak from cold .
