RAVE: Huge thanks to John Lodder: Leo Haese

Just want to say a huge thank you John Lodder.

I dealt with John in booking in my dad's Hyundai in for service yesterday.
John assisted me with the best quote and with the booking in of the vehicle.

Now here is how John went the extra mile which I have never experienced at any other dealer in my entire time dealing with any service centers.

So, yesterday i was on my way to drop the car of for service by John, and i was stopped by the outsurance pointsman on Euefees road where the N14 offramps.

I stopped, the polo behind me stopped, but the clown in the Nissan NP200 behind him, rammed into the polo behind me and pushed the polo into me causing damage to my rear bumper.

Anyway got the said clowns details (Who is not insured), and dropped the car off with John.

Told John what happened and he immediately arranged with one of his drivers to take me to the cop shop to get a AR number. He even went as far as getting a panel beater to come out to his workshop to assess the car and provide a quote.

John, service like this goes a long way and i really appreciate all you did for me yesterday. you made a stressfull day for me yesterday much easier to deal with. Thank you for this.
