Rattle/knocking

hi all lets c who can help.

Starting the car in the morning I suddenly have a rattle/knocking sound.

Difficult to explain but sounds like a grind, bearing that is loose and being trown around. Like small stnes in washing machine?????

Sounds like the DISA valve.. I had similar problem..
try removing those silly engine covers so we can hear properly where its coming from

If I recall I do not have DISA Valve, Me think or I just made my Name Noob???
