Rattle at low Speeds

Hi Guys,

Today I was driving my E92 335i and was running late for prayers so was driving a bit fast, however when I was parking I had my window down and could hear a slight metallic rattling sound almost tin like while I was driving at low speeds... Never heard this sound before after driving this car fast.

No error codes popped up regarding a lost of boost or anything. So the car doesn't seem to have lost performance.

I am very pedantic about my vehicle :skit: so the moment I hear a noise that's unusual, I would like to know what is going on.

Could it be just due to heat?

Will have to see if the noise is still there after it cools down.

Has anyone else experience something like this or could direct me in what could be the issue.

could also just be a heat shield that has come loose. probably not serious either way :thumbs:

Lol guys it turned out to be a the wheel arch liner the bolts came loose, so it was creating the rattle sound. :hammerhead:
