I dread whenever my staff need to drive a customers car, or the customer allows them to drive the car, fortunately just around the shop

but accidents can and do happen

in which case I will always admit guilt, even though I might not be able to financially do anything about repairs, I will attempt to meet the customer ammicably

Saw the initial post on Facebook, in which Hishaan commented trying to defend himself before a significant amount of other ex customers spoke up and mentioned similar situations where he drove the kak out of their cars. It seems this has been happening for many years...

That's just awful! Time for people to vote with their feet

:RedNo: you should of connected the owe :skit:

Yeah, because sorting out your service issues by getting slapped with a case of assault is such a great idea :crazylaugh:

lol so someone swears you and his father tells you kak you will just say thanks let me take my car :cartel:

Yes, being a mature adult with the foresight to see the consequences of my actions I generally don't lose my sh*t and attack people over some petty verbal abuse...especially where an older person is involved.

Acting like He-man is a quick way to land yourself in jail or shot.

This may not be accessible unless you have Fa'eez as a friend on Facebook. Worth a shot though.

Doesn't work. Screen shot?

There are more than 170 comments and replies

The summary of it is Hishaam talked himself into a corner. First he stated that the car was fine when he parked it, to which many people asked if the car randomly broke itself over night.

Then folks commented asking what the need for a test drive was.

He replied that he was checking for leaks on the downpipe.

But this could've very easily been done on a lift.

More than 10 people commented saying that Hishaam (the owner) and his father had previously taken their cars out on joyrides without permission.

Hishaam and many of his friends attempted to play the religion card on Fa'eez, asking him to take down the status because they're all brothers.

Lastly, according to Hishaam, Facebook will never make him lose customers so the post means nothing and he doesn't care what people say.

What a complete idiot this guys from Powerpipes is, this is why I trust no-one with my car, if the work isn't done at a BMW dealer where I have some recourse, I wait with the car.

These guys need to learn a lesson, such arrogance is being displayed so brazenly. They should just pay for the damage and move on, we need to update the sticky with suppliers never to use.

Really good idea. Will help putting suppliers like this in their place :cartel:

Hellopeter deletes posts after 1 year. Lost nearly 100K at a 'service provider' in the motor industry before. Out of dozens of such complaints, there is now only one compliment listed (no doubt by the perpetrator). Hellopeter is pointless from that perspective.

Sorry to hear about this :(

The comments defending the place and its owner is downright ludicrous.

How can you tell someone that a public rant on a social platform is "unislamic"?
