Radiator replacement

My mechanic has identified some hairline cracks in my radiator seam which is resulting on my coolant level dropping slowly. Prognosis = replace radiator. I think its a fairly simple job and would like to do it myself. Can anyone recommend a place to get a decent radiator in the Cape Town area? Masterparts carrys a non OEM replacement which goes for R690, but I dont like to compromise on engine parts, particularily when it comes to the cooling system...

Seems the OEM part isnt so expensive after all (R2264.90 incl) and carries a 2 year warranty. Might just go that route.

These ( oem ) are Behr brand items , you get them at Silverton radiators . E36 6 cylinder rad is about R1250 or so , 4 cylinder about R900 . Good luck .
