Does anyone know of anny race tracks in KZN near durban ?

Very good question...the only one i knew was Roy Hesketh but is now closed down

I heard talk of them partly restoring the circuit but I do not think it is actually open, most of the circuit got demolished and had homes built over it since the closing... :nonono:

i think one should build one between durban and pmb the ones in pmb have been eaten by the city and thats why they keep getting closed...

one halfway between the two should be safe for a long time im open to sponsorship if anyone is keen to get one going

yip many monies and then getting it approved will also be a mission... but if i had that many monies i would definitely do it KZN needs this...

But i cannot verify its existance

There is a private track on the south coast, SnS were down there to cover some drifting earlier this year

"THE THIRD SUPADRIFT SERIES EVENT TO SHOWCASE AT DEZZI RACEWAY ON THE 12TH OF MAY 2012.

This is an event NOT to be missed and happening locally – right here in PORT SHEPSTONE!!!

The third drift battle of the year will be held at the new circuit at Dezzi Raceway in Port Shepstone.

Prepare to be thrilled when this action packed motor sport of drifting slides into Dezzi Raceway for its inaugural event.

The SupaDrift Series show starts at 8am on Saturday the 12th of May and ends at approximately 6pm (Full competition begins at 11:30am). Entrance fee/charge is R80 for adults and R50 for children. Tickets will also be available at the gate.

Didnt know it was on a track, thought the drift was one of the spin city likes....We need to find out more here....im thinking KZN Fanatics track day :rollsmile:
