"Q" saying Hi to all the Fanatics

Hi all. I'm "Q" and I am a car addict.
A few months back a friend asked me to sell him my then Arizona Sun 325i E46 as he wanted to surprise his daughter with something safe and reliable for her 21st b-day. I had no plans to sell the car as it gave no problems and still looked great. That was also then the reason why he wanted it. Well, I did myself in and undersold the car to him, making him and the daughter very happy in the process. I found a nice 10 year old 1 series as a replacement and became a lurker on BMWFanatics to learn some more about it.

I don't see it as you underselling the car to him, i see it as you moving on to greener pastures and paying it forward, enabling someone else to appreciate that car

No bad feelings there about selling the Golden one. I'm a big boy and the choice was mine. The new owner absolutely loves the car, and unlike me, is racking up the kilometers.

A while back I had another Golden one around so I snapped a pic.

135i 2008 n54 engine.. does your car have comfort access?

Only problem, after driving my one, the wife felt her 320d was lacking a bit in the looks and handling department. She had a solution though...

I have been down that road , Once you start with mods you cant stop its addictive

You should join us at the next meet , Lots of guys with advice :thumbs:
