Hi burgy,
I think the design in general is fine, however there's few problems with the home page. Firstly, it takes me quite a while as a user to figure out exactly what you do and what you offer. I should be able to figure out the gist of your business and what it offers within about 3-5 seconds. Right now (notwithstanding pre existing knowledge form the forum) I have no idea what 'project shift' does from the home page.
My advice is to use images with a heading in that slider which go through your main products/services categories with an illustration. I know you have a product page, but this should rather serve to give further details to a user once you have got their attention and they have realized that you have something they are potentially interested in. If you choose to make the slider have examples of your products, try make it link to the product page so they an just click straight through.
Further, the main home page is very text heavy with your entire 'about us' section being displayed. I understand you want to convey business values on the front page, but rather have a very concise excerpt of this on the front page, with a link to the rest on a separate page. Users don't like text, and the more of it there is, the less likely they are to read it. It also means you aren't really able to add any other potentially important content without it becoming very cluttered. Less is more.
I like the fact that your contact details are immediately visible on the home page - so many companies make incredibly shit contact pages, or the details just hard to find. Yours are clearly visible, and presented in an elegant manner. My only Comment here is that I wouldn't know who to call for what? Do I call you or tony? Why? Not a train smash.
Your product page is pretty good too - its quite clean and with (hopefully) succinct descriptions of all your product and services. Its easy to navigate which is good. The only other thing you could maybe consider here is a call to action for each product.. I dunno.. Maybe just a subtle 'enquire' button or something which motivates the user to request more info or contact you.
Other than that well done for getting a site up and running. I hope you will take my comments as constructive criticism
