With some time in the holidays.....the car is looking better now, what do you think?
Still needs some rust spots fixed, and the air-con needs attention rest is original now.....

Spent 2 days just cleaning the interior, the bolster on the front seat (passenger side) needs to be fixed. Looking to find a piece of cloth equally faded on the scrap yard this week some time.

Even the original door panels after 28 years came out very clean. used a carpet cleaning machine with carpet chemicals

The boot interior is as good as new

Looks in Awesome nic! Must drive and sound beautiful! Can't beat the sound of a BMW six!

For the aircon, try Willie de Jager of Jet Radio in Lynnwood and for the seats Johan Troskie (ex BMW) from Trimcraft in Pretoria North.

just bought one of those some time ago..i try reading and getting in as much info as ican on it.you just keep the info and pics coming and i'll be taking notes:thumbsup:

I reside on the lower south coast so finding cars like these or even spares are like hens teeth...everything just corrodes.
I found somebod that has a starter,so its the windscreen, seats to be recovered, front indicator lenses and the money that's needed to pay for all this...

have spare front indicator lenses, also have the boot plastic covers if you interested, and other small bits and pieces if you pm your car VIN, can look up some more detail if you are interested.
Also have a look here www.e12.de
