Precaution on 135i's

Hey guys, got a friend who is looking to buy a 135 with 120000km on the clock. I've just hit a 100000km and would like to find out if there are any precautions we gotta take with that kind of Mileage. For example my GTI had to have its cambelt service at 80000km. Is there cam chain work that needs to be done on a N54 135i's at some stage?

Cheers

Water pump
Thermostat
Alternator
Vacuum lines
Gearbox oil

That's in no particular order...spark plugs more often then Normal...other than that you good to go in stock form!

The Alternator should be changed for general maintenance purposes, or are you just saying that it will most likely die soon? Just curious because never seen that listed as a maintenance part before.
