So the ppk was finally delivered and installed and it is great. You can immediately feel the different in responsiveness on the throttle and a definitive eagerness through the gears, i especially feel the difference once third is engaged as it pulls so much better than normal.
Only drove the car a short while so Didnt get to experience it fully and leaving on Friday overseas so, will only enjoy it when I get back,
In summary tho, was it worth it, IMO yes, was getting ppk 1 vs ppk2 worth it, yes, the hardware is not worth the extra unless you track day your car. As a mp friendly "tune", I would recommend it, for a decent extra bit of power and not a dragster, it's perfect.
It's exactly the kind of extra power I needed and I am very happy with it.
I also quite like the power kit plaque in the engine bay. There is also now as sticker on the air box saying power kit installed, need to change spark plugs every 45k or something like that. The other thing is that they didn't even charge R500 to install.. Awesome.
