Anybody had any problems with polyurethane?

the LCAB powerflex poly bushes have performed as advertised so far, with no noticable accelerated wear in other areas, this might be dependant on driving style though. there is no denying that the poly's NVH (vibration transmitted to cabin) is more than stock though..

the anti roll bar poly bushes gave me endless hassles. the shackels holding the bar to the body kept breaking (they are aluminium on my car, might be steel on other E46's) and after replacing 3 shackles , i went back to stock rubber.

Which shackles in particular ? And did you have the poly bushes on both the front and rear antiroll bars at the time it snapped ?
