Hi Anyone can help me

Power Steering is turning harder as before and sticks at times

Where can I get a replacement pump or can this pump be over hauled

Check the fluid level first

And check the belts. It might be slipping. Not sure if the X5 has tensioners, but I think it does which you should also have a look at. If you can't remember when they were last replaced, then they probably need replacing depending on how old the X5 is.

Is the power steering fluid level dropping , are there any leaks?
If you have a steering rack that is worn you would have fluid leaking into the rubber boots , and if they are torn or cracked you then lose fluid there .

Thanks so much - took it in today and looks like the steering rack needs service and fix and when they checked it from left to right on the hoist it made a rough squeaky noise. R4490 - to overhaul
