Which management system do you think is better for an e36 ?
Power mods or Dictator ?
Advice is appreciated :)

First start by telling us what car and its intended use. Street or track, N/A or turbo/supercharger?

Dastek uni-Q on the stock management is all you need, don't waste money on aftermarket stuff unless its turbocharged.

Do a forum search on m3 throttles. From what I remember you need an adaptor plate made and there aren't any gains to be had. And if there are they are negligible. Better to get m3 branches and a unichip

There is no replacement for displacement. Spend your money on a 3.0lt conversion as throttles on a 2.5lt is a waste of time and money.

To add... Individual throttle bodies will just better the throttle response in theory... Like the guys said, this mod alone is not worth the trouble and effort...
