Post's using ipad

Please could someone help me with posting on various sections of the forum. I've just changed to an iPad and I am able to see all banners at the top of the page, but I cannot post.

That's only on this section. If I try post on misc. for sale it gives me an error message telling me I am not permitted to post on that section
