picnic/braai idea

morning guys

i would like to find out what you guys think of this idea and would you attend if it was put together.also not trying to offend anybody with there cultures,but trying to understand them more.

guys have been suggesting a run and a braai event.now this has been done last year when coisman organised the rietvlie dam braai.
there was a fair turn out,but it couldve been better(all runs can be better)
i think one of the problems is our different cultures and the way we prepare,and eat it(nothing wrong with that)

so i have been thinking,instead of just a braai,why dont we make it a picnic and braai,that way people bring what they want to eat,and can braai it there or prepare it at home,personally i would do the cold meats/salad way.

this way we get maximum members attending,the guys get to talk cars,the g/f and wifes get to know each other and we all enjoy the day with good food

so thats my idea
what do you guys think?

The location should be central for the JHB guys as well so that more will be able to attend. Like for Eg the DAM in Olifantsfontein.

But do not have to be a dam - the Venue just needs to be relaxing and safe for the Kids to Explore and Play.
