no problem cois, will always be another time.

guys there seems to be braai stands but no grids, not sure how true this is as i have never been there myself,so would suggest bring your own braai.thats if you want to braai.

as i witnessed yesterday at the promotec photoshoot,it seems that the wifes/girlfriends will enjoy each others company, thus leaving the guys to talk about cars:rollsmile:

also that way, they can enjoy themselves knowing the family is all together, and the kids are having fun:rollsmile:

to the guys that are not married, bring you partner with,or even your friends:thumbs:

I have taken my kids there many times. Don't remember seeing any braai stands

Bring one of those throw-away braais with  you light it, it burns within itself, and afterwards you just throw away whatever remains

I will pop by with the wife. Need to convince her to go with the BM, she believes that the exhaust is broken and makes way too much noise for her liking.

Apologies, i have been meaning to update this post since Saturday...

On Saturday, i went to Zoo Lake to check if we will have any issues with Parking and/or the usual crowd. Got there around midday, the place was empty. Only a few patrons at Moyo but it shouldnt affect us at all. I was there till just after 2pm, it was super duper quiet. Must have been 5 people there at most.

You can see the kiddies play area on the right of the road. If we setup picnic on the left of the kiddies play area, between the road and kiddies play area. Or, if its a hot day, we can setup on the other side of the Kiddies play area, lots of shade there.

We can then park our cars along the road (left side).

Meeting point: I am sure we all know where Zoo Lake is? WE can meet there between 12 and 1? Is that cool?
