Picking up our new cars today :-)

Hello from Nu-Zilland! Next week is our 1-year anniversary in the land of the long white cloud. Everyday life here is indeed very different to South Africa, and we are so happy with the decision we made.

Today we also pick up not one, but two brand new cars. I used my superior negotiating skills to structure a kick-ass deal with the dealership.

Anyone want to guess what we are getting?

Pretty much every option except for pano roof and Dynaudio premium sound.

When you compare the spec sheet of the NZ model to the SA model you would be forgiven for shedding a tear or two. So many of the things that are standard on the NZ model are paid options on the SA model. It's crazy!

The Tiguan with the R line kit was almost impossible to get in SA. There was a waiting list.
