Original as it came from the factory.
Also the paint work on the car is still the factory paint.

Did the 323 came standard with rear head rests? I was under the impression it was only the 325 that came with them?

The 323I and the 325I both came out with rear headrests.
Remember before the 325I made it's appearance in 1987, the 323I was the most expensive 3 series model apart from the 333I
