For Eisenmann exhausts you can also contact Rennzport on this forum. A few have been supplied & fitted for customers.

Please note the eisenmann exhaust is ONLY the rear boxes. The power gain over stock will be minimal but the sound is incredible especially the "race" boxes. What is your goal if i may ask? Then one can better advise you.

Twinz, is there a day and night difference between the BMW PE and the Eisenmann race?

The eisenmann race is basically what i want but i thought i would look for a MP friendly replacement, dont want to compromise too much though.

What Enigma said.

I would say just make sure to do lots of research beforehand as Eisenmann def isn't cheap.

Watch lots of videos (although really difficult to tell what it actually sounds like on a video) and read up on lots of forums. Different boxes will give very different sounds and everyones taste is different.

So basically just make sure you buying the right boxes for the sound you want as it many $$$.

My take is that the eissenman RACE can become too loud after the novelty has worn off.. Especially if you decide to decat and change downpipes later.
It sounds great, without a doubt... Best to sit in a car with the system.
Youtube is not going to give you the real experience.

As twinz said, you can contact us if you are interested in any eissenman systems.

I would definitely look at decatting and doing downpipes with either option to be honest.

The car would eventually become a play/project car so it wont be a daily driver for long.

I would love to sit in a car that has a PE and an Eisenmann but findng either is proving to be quite difficult, not a lot of people have done those on their 335i's. like you said, internet sound clips are not the best way of trying to guage.

Not sure how many or if any1 is interested, but I was browsing on the e90forum and the guys are modding their standard boxes to make it sound similar to the performance exhaust... Apparently, this has been done a lot on the m3 exhaust and guys are now doing it to the x35's

I also saw an advert that menlyn bmw, did a 1M with a full akrapovic evolution exhaust system

Ya - sitting in the car is def 1st prize. The problem is you often want to hear 3 / 4 different combinations / setups and chances of that happening are close to nill... at the end of the day there is always a bit of a leap of faith.

Some youtube videos are useful if they compare different exhausts back to back with db meters - You get an idea of the increased volume.

Do the eissenman boxes for the 335 add a lot of bass? Just wondering how they change the tone of the car or if it's mainly volume increase?
