R59 I travel regularly down to Sasolburg and the road itself is fine with very little speed traps (except for under the bridges)

I can do my place which is 2 blocks from Comaro crossing to meyerton in about 45 minutes, and when I am pissed off cause my wife left her wallet in meyerton at the inlaws, I can do it in around 25 :)

I dont know the other route at all....

@zaleonardz: Thanks for this info,
now we should just get input from someone who knows the other route.

@coisman: Chill net ons will nie daar moet 'n ongeluk wees, van die "skiet die bliksem" tipe nie
Din't say anything about the route in terms of toll gates and road works as the route aren't well know to me.
But I would guess neither are toll road, so we should be fine in terms of that.

I am not sure all the way up to Parys, but there is one toll road if memory serves, and its about R29.00 again. But I am not too sure of this, I usually just swipe the card.

There is no tollgate on the N12, there is some roadworks from camaro to the N1, from there nothing if I'm not mistaken. There is a 80km/h section where they trap just past Lenasia, thereafter it is fairly clear. I don't know anything about the R500.

On route to Parys...
:thinker: Lets send someone out infront to check for cameras...
Then after he reports the road clear, we can all open up a bit :excited:
The one going out in front would have to know the area of course, so it cant be me.
What do all of you think??
