so will we be going to the wimpy or do you think that we should find a nicer place and book a table?

I have had a look, there is no restaurants at the side of the river, pity, but there is some nicer places, especially for those bringing theirs wife's and kids..Plus I think it might be best to book a table seeing as we are 23 so far..

Just thought.:thinker:

If you guys want to do or go somewhere else I am open to suggestions, I only suggested wimpy because that seems to be the way be do things (or at least that was the previous meet and greet).
I have tried to contact the wimpy in parys to book, but so far without success as they don't seem to like answering their phone.

I think the Spur would accomodate us the easiest. The Bus Stop looks nice as it has space for kiddies to play, but so does spur..

Why not start a poll, or is everyone happy with Wimpy?

I'm new, so I can't make decisions....hahaha!:bawling:

Its not about making decisions, but suggestions, in the end it is up to what most of the guys want. So I can't make the decisions either :).
Might I add if you suggest a place to just call them and hear if they could accommodate us, as it would be a good idea to just have some alternatives, in the case that I can't make contact with the wimpy in time, unless we should risk it and just arrive and let coisman do the talking :p

Lol, that will help, I have given everyone a call. Did get through to the Wimpy as well.

Basically the Spur and Wimpy can accommodate us. Would be nice to have a more exact figure seeing as some may bring others along as well.

Will get a call another place today to see if they can.

Good to hear that the wimpy and spur can accommodate us, for some reason I couldn't get through the wimpy, phone just kept on ringing. Shot man

Just got some feedback from Stonehenge in Parys, they can accommodate us, but on a function basis (breakfast buffet), seeing as we can't actually confirm the numbers in advance, plus that some may not pitch etc. I think the best bet will be Wimpy or Spur. Easier for everyone to pay separate as well.

So....uhm....let vote:drool:

I vote Spur, but will they be open so early.. :dunno:
I know the Spur's here in Pretoria only open at like 9, or some at 10.
Who phoned them??? What did they say??? Can they help us so early ?? :mmm:
I like Spur, lekker speelplek :)
Not for the kids, for us grown-ups.
Tell them they better accommodate us, or I will "Skiet die bliksem!" that messes this up...
Sweet???? :)

Tumo got in contact with both wimpy and spur, and both can accommodate us, so it should be a problem, but if it is we will definitely leave the talking to you coisman :)
Whether they are open shouln't be a problem seeing as we'll probably be there around 10:30 - 11:00, a late breakfast it would seem.
