Park distant control

Hi all,

So my friend is picking up his e90 330d tomorrow. But the car does not come with PDC, so just wanna ask where he can get it done?

The dealer is asking for R4000 for the rear, I think he said something about motorplan approved?

I was thinking maybe he can get 1 of those...

But just not sure how well the parking sensor works, as I have heard they don't work so well:dunno:

As far as I know there are motorplan approved aftermarket places as when we were taking delivery of a demo 3 a few years ago from SMG Durban, they were going to send it to Image Audio for pdc installation at 3k because BMW wanted 8k for front and rear installed.

Maybe speak to the dealer and ask if they have any aftermarket motorplan approved places that can install it?

I need PDC too. If BMW asks 4k per side I might as well do it with them.
