Panelbeaters (info required)

Need some recommendations on decent panelbeaters for my X5 for a fairly smallish job. Ideally in the Midrand/Centurion area preferred, but willing to travel elsewhere for someone that does good work. Need someone that will be willing to give me a good cash price (i.e not your usual "insurance" rate).

NB: Will be taking the car in as soon as I find a rear handle, as this will also need to be resprayed to match the car colour.

I know some people here in pretoria, they fix up all the f_ckup's that Club motors, (bmw approved workshop) make.
If you like give them a call, 012 804 8169 ask for Dino, tell him Francois Spietkop told you to call.
He is a real pro and perfectionist when it comes to his work, and he is a VAT registered business, not a back-yard sprayer.
Let me know if you come right!

If you want top shelf work,

Roberto from Roberto's autobody, wont fault it, but its not cheap.

If you want ok work from a family owned shop, there is a place in randburg on oxford road, place seems dodgy, but they do good work, they have been building up the shop from scratch, so they take pride in what they do.

this Dino I know started Milano panelbeaters here in Pretoria about 19 years ago, then about 11 years ago he decided to go on his own,
He then opened "Artistic auto body" with his son, who trained overseas in spraypainting, and his daughter in law.
The business really took off and he is now looking to get a bigger place, or build a bigger place.
He is also one of those honnest guys like me, that are few and far between, a non-drinker, and all round family guy.
Call him up, and chat with him, maybe go and meet him at his shop, and decide for yourself. :thumb:

Trust me they are, and the best is the individual treatment you get, makes you feel as if you a friend of the family.
Go and meet them, you will see what I mean, and they not to far from your work either. :)

Cool, I'll do that.

I've actually changed jobs, yesterday was my last day at the old place and I am starting new work today so the place is not so close any more :) but they are in PTA and that is what matters (Also there where probably like 10 panel shop close to my old work :) )
