Owners circle

I recieved the mail for BMW owners circle, then i went onto the website, trying to log in, but i don't know what my username should be. i even tried registering and it said already regsitered. i even reset the password but they didn't send my username. I finally sent an email to the service manager, but no reply. i feel i'm missing something here......

i figured it out...........

i forwarded the mail to my work mail and then clicked on the BMW owners circle link.......it took me to the website with the username already filled in. I think my phone was not compatible
