Just wanted to thank Wesley and team for the outstanding customer service...I wanted to purchase a snow foam lance for myself and my brother and they were out of stock.
Wesley kept in touch with multiple calls informing me of progress etc, when I eventually managed to get to the store and picked my items up, my brother told me that he already had one of those snow lances . Gave Wesley a call and he assisted my brother with an exchange.
Thanks guys for the awesome customer service....if only more companies operated in this manner :thumbs:
