Alaska Blue (South Africa) or Alpine Blue (Europe) as i've only seen it on the E36. It's got that two tone colour scheme so in sunlight it looks purple and in the shade it looks dark blue.

Although Very Common Alpine White III is also very beautiful when clean on Any BMW, whereas some colours are just not meant for some models.

Agree with the pack Estorial Blue is a rare and awesome colour on a BMW

lapisblau on a e30 is also very rare
and scarab green also a nice colour

I had a 318i lapis blue. I loved that car.

Sepia Metallic Blue... Since i have mine, I have only seen 3 other E46's in the same colour! There are more, but these are the only others I have seen.

Its very difficult to capture the pearl flip. But you get the picture!!

+1 ....haven't seen too many Sephia BMW's out there....luckily I have one

i didnt know Estoril Blue was rare, i had an e46 individual in that color then a good friend of mine bought the exact same car as me :argh: in estoril blue, so i sold it. there were 2 other e46 estoril blue owners within a 1km radius of my house [weired] at the same time as well. i thought it was just a color available with individual pack. didnt know not many ppl ordered it.

wow so i had a gem and let it go :(

anyways mine is Tasman Green, couple guys told me its rare.. i havent seen another in this color but i dont know :bangdesk:

As Calypso said, colour names/shades vary from country to country. I've seen so many different shades of blue, I can't even remember the name of the shade that I like.
