I work with banks all the time. You will get a positive or negative listing depending on how you conduct your payments. I know for a fact that Nedbank's files to the credit bureaus are updated monthly. A situation like this happens when you paid your account poorly then had it settled. Up until this year the bank weren't compelled to remove it from ITC.
