Oil filter and o-rings

Quick question. New oil filter (GUD) for a 2001 Z3 3.0 Roadster only comes with the large top o-ring and does not include the two small o-rings (bottom). Neither is a new copper washer for the drain plug included.

MIDAS do have a copper washer at R10, but is it required to replace the two small o-rings as well? If so, anyone know of a source?

I don't think it's a problem, the top o-ring is important.

Did so, only replaced top o-ring.
Now I need to figure out how to reset the oil service light.
