Oil Changes

Been using Shell Helix fully synthetic (5w40) for around the last 250k km's.
Started doing 2 oil changes within the regular service interval with one being Magnatec Professional and then Helix again.

404 k , I use castrol magnatec professional 5W30 and change about every 10k (85% of my driving is highways)

Before magnatec, I used the Castrol SLX

E36 m3 98 and 97 model,98 156000km n 97 196000km I use edge sport on both my cars oil change done at 7500km with no problem what so ever not a bit of oil taken between changes.
