BMW should fit a standard spare wheel since these ATs won't be RFT

I saw some cool hitch mounted spare wheel carriers but they won't work on the electric hitches. you need the square tube hitch slot.

60 seems to be the standard acceptable profile for AT, surprising BMW didnt spec BF Goodrich which is often accepted as the gold standard for MT tyres with a much more aggressive tread pattern.

I suppose at 1.2bar without all the other bells and whistles nobody is REALLY buying this thing to go outback in the Northern Cape or boldy going where no BMW has gone before

I was advised today that going for 255/55/r18 might be a better option, prettymuch same diameter but same width as the tyres on 19 inch OEM wheels.
