I was at X-Flow today, got their just in time. Stupid me completely forgot to pull out the camera and record but let me rather set the scene...
I walk into the workshop, greet the guys and as I walk in Alistair walks out the office to a Black C63 on the middle lift. I walk into the office and start chatting to the guys and a few seconds later I hear, what I can best decribe as a thunder clap. The office is silent, Alistair blips the throttle slightly while listens for any leaks as they had just finished the exhaust system. Let's the car idle a bit, oil temps increase and obviously he now has to take the car for a test drive to listen for any funny sounds, rattles and well pure music.
As he reverses out the lift and onto the complex parking area, slight blips of the throttle cause vibrations in the office. I could see the vibrations in the glass of coke I was drinking.
Out the complex, around the block and conservitevly driving to listen out for any funnies, the 3 of us in the office never said a word. Just listening to this car was pure joy. Not even at full throttle or flat foot. Just the odd blip and idel was enough to make my day.
