OBDII Cable and software

Hi guys, where can i get a set for logging and fault clearing ?
Any one using it, what type and whats you view on it..

I checked the Bavarian Technic, installed the software but will it work with the ordinary OBDII cable or is there anything else i need ? :dunno:

San the bavarian tech only works if you have a special cable that you buy from them. I have been using it for close to a year on both my cars and am very happy.

Called them today, The cable is limited to 3 VIN numbers, and costs R3500 :shocked:
Its called the Bavarian Technic Enthusiast cable.. The other cable which doesnt restrict you to 3 VIN no's costs 6k..
The Bavarian Technic Re-seller in SA is http://www.hexdiagnostics.co.za/
the downside is you cannot manipulate the ECU's data with this cable...
