Now its my kidneys!

Well, thanks to the bonnet not opening incident yesterday (yes, I said you can call me a doos, thank you...) one of my kidneys is now buggered. I had pushed them out, trying to get to the cable, and in in so doing, the clips on one of them broke - so if anyone here knows where I could pick up a right hand side (sitting in the car, facing forwards) kidney (just the plastic center bit of the kidney, not the whole thing), please please let me know!! My beuty only has one kidney now, and she needs a transplant!
