Nice JCW Club:thumbs:
Whats faster between the Reno's and The JCW:blab:

Thanks man, my R26 was stage 1 and was definitely quicker. The JCW's is amazing quick though so I'm sure it would have put up a fight, as for my Clio... No chance. :nonono:

I must agree, the Clio is an awesome car but its not a fight for a JCW. I pull away from the Clio RS with my normal Cooper S.
The R26 is another story...

Yep, it's sad how bad NA sucks at the reef, I love my car at the coast though. At least the Mini is filling the boost void in my life on the weekends, great car.

Why does the car look down on power or am I reading it wrong?

You could be reading wrong if you are referring to the dyno sheet, that would be wkw's.

ahh ok...thanks...there is a reason why I don't go to dyno days

Yeah, not too fussed about dyno's myself, went during the week with the Mini out of curiosity.

Flywheel figures from Mini are 155kw, so 140wkw is more than decent, only 15kw loss at the fly. That's if you believe in dyno's though I guess:rollsmile:

Well I think its pretty fair. My MINI's power is 135kw on the fly but my last dyno run resulted in 129KW on the wheels. (With Intake)

That's really good power there with just intake, nice! What intake are you running if I may ask?

Its a long story... I wanted the K&N intake for the MINI but it was like R4k shipped to SA. That was way too expensive for me so I downloaded the K&N intake specs/design and went to turbo toys and built it myself. Cost me about R1200 for everything including the filter. It sounds like another car, totally different and about 30% more responsive on the throttle.

And what do you do when it goes in? Assuming you still have motor-plan/warranty, do you take it out?
