Thanks man, my R26 was stage 1 and was definitely quicker. The JCW's is amazing quick though so I'm sure it would have put up a fight, as for my Clio... No chance. :nonono:
hotchocolate said:I must agree, the Clio is an awesome car but its not a fight for a JCW. I pull away from the Clio RS with my normal Cooper S.
The R26 is another story...
BlueBeastie said:Why does the car look down on power or am I reading it wrong?
BlueBeastie said:ahh ok...thanks...there is a reason why I don't go to dyno days

Yeah, not too fussed about dyno's myself, went during the week with the Mini out of curiosity.
hotchocolate said:What does the JCW put down on the wheels?
hotchocolate said:Well I think its pretty fair. My MINI's power is 135kw on the fly but my last dyno run resulted in 129KW on the wheels. (With Intake)
hotchocolate said:Its a long story... I wanted the K&N intake for the MINI but it was like R4k shipped to SA. That was way too expensive for me so I downloaded the K&N intake specs/design and went to turbo toys and built it myself. Cost me about R1200 for everything including the filter. It sounds like another car, totally different and about 30% more responsive on the throttle.
