Non-runflats

The runflats on my Clubman JCW need replacing, but I do not want runflats. Can anyone suggest a tyre I can try?

Agreed

Hit a pothole the other day. The inside storage compartment on the dash bounced open. I have had the wheel checked and no buckle nothing. Had that been a normal tyre there would have been a damaged tyre + rim + possibly a wheel change on the side of the road.

Runflats = :thumbs:

Excuse me if I am wrong but the clubman comes with a spacce saver spare wheel.

Put some continental sport contacts on, normal ones, 215/40/17. Thay are in spec and do not rub anywhere. ride is allot better and safer than the run-shitz cause it doesn't follow the road.

Just my opinion. and for added piece of mind, put some tire sealer in the boot.

Thanks for the replies. The JCW has runflats so no spare at all. Don't know about the other models though. Has S got runflats?

TWT apparently had Conti sport contact 2's 215/40/17's in stock that goes for a song.

Otherwise potenzas is always a good buy.

They can not just void a motorplan for no reason. If they can prove that fitting non runflats has any effect on anything that might be covered in the motorplan then they are the best engineers in the world and know something we don't.

Fit normal tires and get a mobility kit, will be cheaper and better than fitting run-shitz.
