Just joined the forum a week ago. Been reading up on beemers as im really falling for 135i coupes. Loving the info on here and getting familiar with the X35 platform.
Oh and lots to drool over in the M3 section :clapper:
Anyway my current ride is more of a project car. Ive got a seat ibiza cupra. Bought her a year ago and ive been modding her a bit. Motor's been rebuilt and soon to strap on a BT. Aim is over 400whp. :rollsmile: and the car will definitely never be sold.
Currently considering a 135i for a daily but i would just like to find out a bit more in terms of the N54 vs N55 platforms. Motor differences (what power the internals can handle), weak points(Ive thus far seen that coils,injectors and waterpump seems to be a common issue on the N54) and also what power the auto vs dct boxes can handle?
I do enjoy modding, so any car i own will be modded :rollsmile:
